I love Victoria’s classes! I love her breathing exercises, yoga instruction, use of music, meditation, and loving acceptance. She also possesses a delightful sense of humor that reminds me to not take myself too seriously. In class there are so many details that add to the experience; we use props, warm eye towels for use at the end of class during meditative relaxation period, perfect lighting, and more! I always leave feeling amazing, both mentally and physically.
